Review of the Fuji Xerox CM225 fw printer

It had been a long time between new printers for me. My last purchase being around 2005, so now that the time has come to prepare the home office for my return into working for myself, I needed a printer that could do it all, and not take up too much space.

Meet the Fuji Xerox CM255 fw.

This truly is a multi-purpose device that aside from using the latest printing technology, can also copy, scan and fax as well.

The DocuPrint CM 225fw is also super easy to use, thanks to its 4.3inch colour touch screen. Printing is also fast at 18 pages per minute for both colour and black and white documents, yet not compromising quality. Another point to note about the Fuji Xerox DocuPrint CM225 fw is its quiet operation.

When it comes to connectivity, the options this printer provides are comparable to all the latest printers. Apart from the usual Ethernet and USB ports, this printer can also be connected to the Wi-Fi network directly. Furthermore, mobile printing will also be easy with this printer since it supports all platforms including Android and iOS.

Setting up the printer was an absolute breeze. It is nearly plug and play as you can set up this printer within five minutes of plugging it into a power outlet through its inbuilt instructions. In fact, I was able to print a page from a file on my phone within 15 mins.

Overall, we’ve been loving it so far. Kids are printing easily from all devices, and the quality is a vast improvement on my old HP. Love it!
